- 25+ years of overall experience & relevant 20+years in P&C; Insurance Brokerage industry
- Managing a span of 300 to 400+ resources Ability to meet deadlines & drive results.
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced workplace.
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to utilize and be proficient in broker management systems.
