Job Description: SAP SD Senior

Location: Bangalore
Experience: 9+ Years

Required Skills

- Solid experience in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution).
- Good understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes.
- Experience in SAP SD integration with FICO, PTP/MM, and CS modules.
- Knowledge of SD Billing, Contracts, and Master Data management.
- Hands-on experience with Equipment Master, Install Base, and Warranty processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot IDocs, AIF errors, and interface issues.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environment.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience with Incident Management tools and processes.
- Basic SAP ABAP knowledge.
- Understanding of integrations with non-SAP systems.
- Knowledge of Change Management processes.
- SAP S/4HANA implementation/support experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements for OTC processes.
- Configure and support SAP SD solutions.
- Work on integrations with FICO, MM/PTP, and CS modules.
- Manage billing, contracts, master data,



and warranty-related activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve interface, IDoc, and application issues.
- Support testing, enhancements, and production support activities.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.

Candidate Profile

- 8+ years of SAP SD experience.
- Strong knowledge of OTC processes and SAP integrations.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in SAP support, implementation, or enhancement projects.
