We're seeking a data-driven, hands-on Logistics Manager to own end-to-end supply chain execution including procurement, inbound logistics, warehousing, inventory control, order fulfillment, transportation, and last-mile delivery.

You will lead 3PL partners, optimize cost and service levels, and ensure on-time, in-full deliveries across marketplaces, D2C, modern trade, and general trade.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inbound and Supplier Logistics - Plan and schedule inbound deliveries from suppliers and co-packers. - Consolidate loads and reduce lead times. - Track supplier OTIF. - Manage GRN accuracy and put-away SLAs. 2. Warehousing and Inventory Control - Own storage design, binning, FEFO, expiry management, and batch traceability. - Implement cycle counts and stock reconciliations. - Maintain shrinkage below 0.5%. - Enforce EHS, FSSAI, and ISO/HACCP hygiene and safety standards.

3. Order Fulfillment and Last-Mile - Manage marketplace and D2C order fulfillment. - Maintain marketplace fulfillment above 98%. - Define order cut-off times and ensure same-day dispatch. - Meet delivery SLAs across all service zones. - Manage NDR, returns, and RTO through root cause analysis and corrective actions.

4. Transportation and 3PL Management - Select and onboard transporters and courier partners. - Negotiate rate cards and SLAs.



- Build lane-wise routing, load planning, and milk-run schedules. - Monitor POD closures.

5. Planning and S&OP; Support - Translate demand plans into warehouse capacity, manpower, and fleet requirements. - Maintain safety stock levels. - Prevent stock-outs and overstock through dashboards and alerts.

6. Compliance and Documentation - Ensure accuracy of e-way bills, invoicing, and GST documentation. - Maintain SOPs, CAPAs, and audit readiness.

7. Continuous Improvement - Reduce logistics cost-to-serve. - Improve delivery turnaround time. - Drive process automation. - Standardize KPIs and reporting.

Required Experience and Skills

- 5 to 8 years of experience in logistics or supply chain, preferably in FMCG, food, or e-commerce.

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or Commerce. - MBA or PGDM in Operations is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of WMS, TMS, Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, Shiprocket, Nimbus, and Pickrr.

- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills including Pivot Tables and Lookups.

- Basic SQL knowledge is preferred.

- Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.

- Knowledge of FSSAI regulations, FEFO, and HAZMAT basics.

- Solid negotiation, vendor management, and leadership skills. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
