Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Coordinator with experience in Aircraft Industries. The candidate should have experience in Project management in the Research Development (RD) and Engineering teams during the New Product Development (NPD) lifecycle in the Aerospace domain. This role ensures project planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of aircraft design and development projects. The role coordinates multidisciplinary engineering teams, supply chain, manufacturing, finance regulatory teams and maintains project schedules, tracks risks and actions, prepares management reports, and ensures project documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

- Ensure project planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of aircraft design and development projects.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, supply chain, manufacturing, finance regulatory teams.
- Maintain project schedules, track risks and actions, and prepare management reports.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Support application of Project Planning Documentation, Communication and coordination, Monitoring and reporting, and Continuous Improvement in Project Management processes.
- Maintain Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Configuration Management processes.
- Manage requirements and ensure familiarity with aerospace systems, design processes,



and technology readiness levels (TRLs).
- Operate with New Product Development (NPD) lifecycle in the aerospace domain.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
- Coordinate procurement and supply chain activities.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Experience with Project Management Tool (Jira, G-Suite and ERP software).

Requirements

- Robust organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with aerospace systems, design processes, and technology readiness levels (TRLs).
- Risk and issue management planning skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Project Management Tools: Jira, G-Suite, and ERP software.
