We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer with 6 years to 9 years of experience in Python automation, ETL testing, SQL, and AI/Data testing. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in automation framework development, test strategy, regression and integration testing, and exposure to Data Science and Generative AI concepts. The role involves working closely with cross-functional Agile teams to ensure the quality and reliability of Data & AI solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, execute, and maintain test scenarios, test cases, and automation scripts for Data and AI use cases.
- Develop and enhance automation frameworks using Python (Pytest).
- Perform ETL testing using SQL and validate complex data transformations.
- Collaborate with QA Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Feature Teams to create comprehensive test artifacts.
- Execute regression, integration, and functional testing activities.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Analyze test results, investigate defects, and work with development teams for timely resolution.
- Stabilize automation scripts across multiple environments and troubleshoot failed executions.
- Identify testing risks proactively and provide mitigation plans.




- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in QA Automation, Data Engineering, AI, and Generative AI.

Must Have Skills:

- 6 Yrs to 9 Yrs of experience in QA Automation with ETL Testing
- Strong hands-on experience in Python Automation using Pytest.
- Expertise in ETL Testing and SQL.
- Strong understanding of Regression Testing and Integration Testing.
- Ability to write, debug, and interpret SQL queries and Python code.
- Experience working with automation frameworks.
- Flexibility to work across Python automation and ETL testing assignments.
- Exposure to Data Science and Generative AI concepts.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Ability to lead testing initiatives and mentor team members.

Good to Have Skills

- Experience with Azure Databricks.
- Knowledge of Big Data technologies and Cloud platforms.
- API Testing experience.
- Experience building scalable automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of Machine Learning and Reinforcement Learning.
- Understanding of AI/Data Science concepts, including:
- Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Computer Vision
- Object Detection
- OCR
- Semantic Segmentation

- ISTQB or CSTE Certification.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
