Roles and Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from HR stakeholders.
- Configure and customize SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll (PY), Recruitment, Benefits, and Personnel Development.
- Design and develop technical solutions using ABAP for SAP HCM requirements, including reports, enhancements, forms, and interfaces.
- Develop and support custom objects such as BAdIs, User Exits, Enhancements, BAPIs, IDocs, and RFCs.
- Build and maintain interfaces between SAP HCM and third-party systems, including SuccessFactors, payroll vendors, biometric systems, and other applications.
- Support SAP HCM integration with SAP FI, CO, SuccessFactors, SAP CPI/PI/PO, and other enterprise systems.
- Create and maintain HR reports using SAP Query, Ad Hoc Query, Infosets, and custom ABAP reports.
- Perform data migration using LSMW, BDC, BAPIs, and other SAP migration tools.
- Develop and maintain Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, and SAP Scripts for HR documentation.
- Analyze and resolve production issues related to SAP HCM configuration and custom developments.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP HCM Techno-Functional solutions.
- Engage directly with business users and senior stakeholders across SAP HCM, SuccessFactors (SF), and SAP CPI.




- Lead discussions for new business demands while managing Business-as-Usual (BAU) activities.
- Act as the gatekeeper to ensure all changes are robust, compliant, and aligned with organizational standards before production deployment.
- Enforce release governance by validating testing evidence, rollback plans, communication plans, monitoring activities, and post-release validation.
- Lead annual audit discussions and coordinate audit evidence collection.
- Ensure BAU services remain reliable through effective incident management, problem management, continuous improvement initiatives, and operational KPI monitoring.
- Ensure delivery teams provide comprehensive impact assessments for CAB3 Change Requests (CRs).
- Manage, validate, and approve CAB impact assessments for SAP HCM changes within the Enable team.
- Provide demand impact assessments for SAP HCM Techno-Functional enhancements and cross-system changes.
- Provide inputs to the Technical Design Evaluation (TDE) for CAB3 approvals.
- Review and approve TDE effort estimates for CAB3 submissions.
- Coordinate with the EP FINOPS team to initiate CAB3 cost recovery processes.
- Approve Firefighter IDs (FFID) and SAP transport requests.
- Approve ServiceNow (SNOW) service requests related to SAP HCM.
- Operate and ensure compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) controls and governance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of enhancements, projects, and production support.
- Ensure compliance with change management, release management, and organizational governance standards.
- Support project implementations, system enhancements, rollouts, and post-production support activities.
- Drive continuous process improvements and recommend best practices for SAP HCM and integrated HR solutions.
