- Postgraduate in Engineering / Infrastructure / Urban Planning / Business Administration or related field
- Preferred: CEPT, IIT, IIM, TISS, SVNIT, NID
Required Experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience
- Minimum 2 years in Central/State Government sponsored Urban Development projects
- Minimum 3 years in WASH, SWM, Sanitation, Municipal Infrastructure or related sectors
- Experience with ULBs, State Government, SBM-U projects preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare State-level SWM Action Plans
- Support implementation of SWM projects across ULBs
- Ensure compliance with SWM Rules, Plastic Waste Management Rules and C&D; Waste Management Rules
- Monitor project performance and prepare status reports
- Support Garbage Free City (GFC) certification initiatives
- Develop implementation manuals, SOPs and fund utilization guidelines
