Role & Responsibilities

Preference: Candidates with Excellent English Communication Skills.

We are looking for an experienced candidates to handle calls, generate quality leads, and support the sales team by scheduling site visits and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients for real estate projects
- Handle inbound calls and property-related inquiries
- Explain project details, pricing, location benefits, and current offers
- Generate, qualify,



and nurture real estate leads
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales team
- Regular follow-ups with interested clients
- Maintain accurate call logs, lead status, and CRM updates
- Achieve daily calling and lead conversion targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate with relevant experience
- Positive communication skills.
- Good convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word)
