Role & responsibilities

* Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
* Ensure work is executed as per approved architectural and structural drawings.
* Manage labour, masons, subcontractors and site resources.
* Monitor RCC, masonry, plaster, flooring, waterproofing and finishing works.
* Check measurements, quantities and material consumption.
* Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors and vendors.
* Maintain daily progress reports and ensure work is completed within schedule.
* Ensure proper quality control and site safety practices.
* Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
* Handle material planning, site requirements and labour allocation.

Preferred candidate profile

* Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.





* Minimum 810 years of relevant site experience.

* Strong experience in building construction and site execution.

* Good knowledge of RCC, finishing works, drawings and measurements.

* Capable of independently handling labour and subcontractors.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Willing to work at project location and manage site operations independently.
