Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end outbound warehouse operations including: o Picking, Packing , Order verification , Shipment Handover.
- Ensure achievement of daily targets and SLA adherence.
- Handle manpower planning, roster management, and shift operations.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, inventory controls, and safety standards.
- Manage escalations related to delayed orders, shortages, and operational issues.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in E-commerce fulfillment operations
- Pharma or healthcare logistics
- Large-scale warehouse handling
- Manage escalations related to delayed orders, shortages, and operational issues
- Coordinate with: Inventory/Inbound teams , Transport/logistics partners
