Urgent Requirement Accountant | Residential Community Club

Position: Accountant
Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Sector 44, Noida

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain complete books of accounts of the Residential Community Club.
- Handle day-to-day accounting, ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliation and financial records.
- Manage Tally Prime and ensure timely updating of accounting transactions.
- Prepare and manage GST returns, GST reconciliation and related compliances.
- Handle TDS calculation, payment, return filing and reconciliation.
- Assist in Income Tax compliance, return filing and related matters.
- Prepare monthly/periodic financial statements, income & expenditure statements and management reports.
- Maintain records relating to maintenance collections, vendor payments, expenses, receivables and payables of the Residential Community Club.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors, residents and management committee members, as required.
- Assist in annual audit and preparation of financial statements.





Ensure timely compliance with all applicable statutory requirements

Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, TDS and Income Tax.
- Experience in handling accounts of a Residential Society / RWA / Community Club / Club House will be an added advantage.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliances.
- Should be capable of working independently and taking responsibility for the complete accounting function.
- Good command over MS Excel and other accounting tools.
- Honest, responsible, organised and detail-oriented.
