Job Title: ServiceNow GRC Developer/Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow GRC Developer/Consultant to design, implement, and support Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC), policy and compliance management, audit management, risk assessments, and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions based on business requirements.
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules including:
- Policy and Compliance Management
- Risk Management
- Audit Management
- Vendor Risk Management
- Business Continuity Management (BCM)
- Operational Resilience (preferred)

- Develop and customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, Flow Designer flows, and integrations.




- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Configure risk assessment methodologies, controls, indicators, issue management, and exception management processes.
- Integrate ServiceNow GRC with third-party systems, security tools, and enterprise applications.
- Create reports, dashboards, and performance analytics for risk and compliance monitoring.
- Perform platform upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting activities.
- Support testing activities including unit testing, SIT, UAT, and production deployment.
- Develop technical documentation, design documents, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards.
