- Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Business Administration, Finance or related field
Required Experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Procurement, Tendering, RFP Preparation, PPP and Contract Management
- Experience in Urban Development, Municipal Infrastructure or Government Projects
- Solid understanding of public procurement processes
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare procurement plans as per SBM-U 2.0 guidelines
- Draft RFPs, tender documents and contracts
- Manage tendering, bid evaluation and contract award processes
- Ensure procurement compliance and transparency
- Support ULBs on procurement and contract management
- Support sanitation projects including:
- Public Toilets
- Community Toilets
- Pink Toilets
- FSSM
- ODF / ODF+ / ODF++
- Water+
- Used Water Management
