Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records using Tally.
- Handle basic accounting activities, including ledger maintenance, vouchers, receipts, payments, and reconciliations.
- Maintain and update records using MS Excel, including data management, reports, and basic analysis.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Manage KYC verification, client documentation, and onboarding processes.
- Verify documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal requirements.
- Handle day-to-day back-office and operational activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for pending documents and operational requirements.
- Maintain proper filing and records of financial, KYC, and operational documents.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and follow established processes.
- Identify discrepancies or missing information and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in B.Com, M.Com, or a related field preferred.




- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Hands-on experience with Tally.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of KYC, documentation, and client onboarding processes.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in Accounts, Finance, NBFC, Banking, Financial Services, or Back-Office Operations will be preferred.
- Should be comfortable working with financial data and documentation.
- Should be proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
