Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct field work, including visiting clients and prospecting current business opportunities.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.

- Manage a team of distributors to achieve sales targets through direct channels.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-2 years of experience in sales or related field (insurance sales, loan sales).

- Strong understanding of direct channel sales principles and practices.

- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with customers and colleagues alike.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; strong time management skills required.
