- Project Delivery & GovernanceOversee end-to-end delivery of multiple Odoo ERP implementation projects
- Ensure projects meet agreed timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
- Drive On-Time Delivery (OTD) across all project portfolios
- Solution Quality & Functional GuidanceReview business requirements and proposed functional solutions
- Provide expert guidance to project managers and functional consultants
- Ensure best-practice Odoo configuration and process mapping
- Validate solution designs before client sign-off
- Team Leadership & Mentoring
- Mentor and support Project Managers, Functional Consultants, and Implementation Teams
- Conduct periodic project and performance reviews
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing and process improvements
- Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as an escalation point for key client concerns
- Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction




- Participate in high-level solution discussions and steering meetings
- Process & Continuous Improvement
- Define and improve delivery frameworks, templates, and implementation standards
- Ensure documentation and compliance with internal delivery processes
- Support pre-sales by providing effort estimations and solution direction when required.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Odoo ERP Functional Consulting and Implementations.
- Proven experience in managing multiple ERP projects simultaneously.
- Robust understanding of Odoo core modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, CRM, etc.).
- Odoo Functional Certification
- Hands-on experience in business process mapping and solution design.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
