Mandatory Requirements

- Education: Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Australian mortgage broking or loan processing.
- CRM Proficiency: MyCRM, Infynity, Mercury Nexus, Flex, or SalesTrekker.
- Project Tools: Familiarity with Monday.com, Trello, or Airtable.

- Customer Service: Professional approach and robust communication.
- Autonomy: Proactive, self-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.




- Analytical Focus: High attention to detail for document review, accuracy, and compliance.
- Organization: Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
