Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong eye for visual design and a willingness to learn and experiment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content across social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, events, and internal communications while maintaining consistency with the company's brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging social media posts, banners, posters, presentations, and marketing creatives.
- Design creative assets for digital marketing campaigns, events, promotions, and internal communications.
- Develop visual content aligned with the company's brand guidelines and communication objectives.
- Maintain consistency in fonts, colours, layouts, imagery, and overall brand identity.
- Create basic reels, short-form videos, animations, and motion graphics when required.
- Collaborate with Marketing, HR, Sales, Product, and other teams to understand design requirements.
- Manage multiple design requests and ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.
- Adapt designs for different platforms and formats.




- Take feedback positively and make necessary design revisions.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, and creative best practices.
- Organize and maintain design files and creative assets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience can apply.
- Good understanding of typography, colour theory, layouts, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, or similar design tools.
- Basic knowledge of video editing, reels, animation, or motion graphics will be an added advantage.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand briefs and translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
- Positive communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Open to feedback and willing to continuously learn and improve.

Portfolio is mandatory.
College projects, personal work, freelance projects, or social media designs are welcome.
