NPD Manufacturing Manager (LED Lighting / EMS)

- Lead NPD manufacturing operations aligned with business strategy and growth objectives.
- Drive flawless project execution through standardized manufacturing processes.
- Ensure timely product launches with desired quality, cost, and safety standards.
- Manage NPD trials, SMT, MI, assembly, testing, and cross-functional coordination.
- Optimize manpower, materials, equipment, and resources to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Drive production planning, forecasting, and raw material readiness for project execution.
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project and manufacturing performance.
- Lead continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and yield.
- Ensure on-time delivery of NPD projects while meeting customer and business expectations

- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills to work closely with R&D;, Quality, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams.
- Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives while managing end-to-end product execution and operational excellence.
- Hands-on experience in complex electronic assemblies and manufacturing processes.
- Strong expertise in ICT, FCT, Programming, Functional Testing, Reliability Testing, and validation processes.
- Result-oriented leader with robust problem-solving and cross-functional coordination skills.
