Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage US compensation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.

- Conduct benchmarking studies using various sources such as Glassdoor, PayScale, LinkedIn, etc. to gather data on market trends and competitor analysis.

- Develop comprehensive reports summarizing findings and recommendations for client stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes in compensation structures, policies, and procedures.

- Provide expert guidance on Workday implementation for compensation management.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-7 years of experience in Compensation specialization with a focus on US markets.

- Solid understanding of Compensation Management principles including base pay planning, merit cycles, bonus plans, equity programs.

- Proficiency in systems like Workday or similar platforms.
