Role & responsibilities

Hardware Management:

- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, servers, and peripherals.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues and replace defective components.
- Perform regular system upgrades and updates to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage hardware inventory and ensure adequate supply of spare parts and equipment.

Network Management:

- Monitor network performance and optimize network configuration for efficiency and security.
- Troubleshoot network issues and resolve connectivity problems in a timely manner.
- Implement and maintain security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and Antivirus.

System Administration:

- Manage and maintain servers, including file servers, AD Server, DHCP / DNS.
- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery operations.




- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of critical systems.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Manage Email solution on office 365.

Support and Documentation:

- Provide technical support to end-users and resolve hardware and network issues.
- Document all technical procedures, network diagrams, and hardware configurations.
- Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and advancements in hardware and networking.

Preferred candidate profile

- Robust knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
- Hands-on experience in hardware and network troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Office 365 / Microsoft 365 administration.
