Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and control process tools including:

- ALD (Atomic Layer Deposition) for tunnel oxide & poly-Si layers
- PECVD for passivation layer deposition
- Diffusion Furnaces (POCl/BCl)
- Wet benches / inline cleaning systems
- Screen printing & firing equipment

- Adhere strictly to SOPs, process specs, and quality standards
- Perform tool checks, preventive actions, and basic troubleshooting
- Record daily production parameters, downtime, and abnormalities
- Support process engineers during trials and parameter optimization
- Follow cleanroom, ESD, and safety protocols at all times
- Actively participate in shift handovers and team meetings
- Strong knowledge of process tools and vacuum/plasma equipment
- Familiarity with MES systems, SPC tools, and ISO documentation
- Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in shifts in a cleanroom workplace

Experience in solar cell (preferably TOPCon)
