Role & responsibilities

- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, email accounts, and access permissions.
- Monitor and maintain servers, network devices, and security systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Perform system backups and recovery procedures.
- Manage antivirus, firewall, and endpoint security solutions.
- Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, AMC, and support services.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Ensure data security, system availability, and compliance with company policies.
