- Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models (e.g., GPT, BERT, DALL•E, Stable Diffusion).
- Fine-tune pre-trained models on domain-specific datasets.
- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to integrate models into applications.
- Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in generative AI.
- Optimize model performance and inference speed for production environments.
- Implement responsible AI practices including bias mitigation, explainability, and safety.
- Build pipelines for data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 46 years of experience in machine learning and deep learning.
- Solid proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers.
- Experience with LLMs, GANs, VAEs, or diffusion models.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools.
- Understanding of NLP, computer vision, and multimodal AI systems.
- Experience with model evaluation metrics and A/B testing.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
