- Manage IT assets from procurement to disposal, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment delivery, installation, and maintenance scheduling.
- Conduct regular audits to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement in asset management processes.
- Provide technical support to end-users on IT assets and resolve issues related to hardware malfunctions.
Job Requirements :
- 0.7-4 years of experience in IT Asset Management or a related field.
- Robust understanding of Excel skills for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Knowledge of IT procurement procedures and vendor management best practices.
