Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Location: Remote (Work From Home open to all cities)

Employment Type: Full Time (Short Term)

Experience: 5 - 7 years

Salary: 3L per annum (25,000/- 1-month)

About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who can take full ownership of projects from start to finish — not just someone who writes code and waits for instructions. You will be responsible for understanding requirements, making technical decisions, delivering on time, and maintaining quality across 6 active projects.

This is a high-ownership, remote role. You will be trusted to manage your time, communicate proactively, and deliver results without being micromanaged.

What You Will Own

- End-to-end development of web projects — from design to deployment
- 6 active projects across digital marketing and web design domains
- Code quality, performance, and on-time delivery for all assigned projects
- Technical decisions within your projects — you are the developer in charge
- Regular progress updates and clear communication with the team
- Bug fixes, improvements, and ongoing maintenance after delivery

Key Responsibilities

- Build, maintain and deliver full-stack web applications across 6 projects
- Take complete ownership of assigned projects — from requirement understanding to final delivery
- Work independently without constant supervision — self-managed and proactive
- Write clean, well-documented, maintainable code
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and marketing tools
- Build responsive, mobile-first designs from Figma mockups or design briefs
- Deploy and manage web applications on Linux servers (Nginx, Apache)
- Optimise websites for speed, SEO, and performance




- Communicate daily progress and raise blockers immediately — no silent delays
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams on project requirements

Required Skills

Frontend

- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
- Next.js
- Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap
- Responsive / mobile-first design
- Figma to code — pixel-accurate implementation

Backend

- PHP / Laravel
- REST API development and integration
- MySQL or PostgreSQL — database design and queries
- Authentication — login, register, OAuth

DevOps / Deployment

- Linux server basics — SSH, file permissions, Nginx/Apache config
- Git version control — branches, pull requests, commits
- cPanel or basic VPS deployment experience

Digital Marketing Integration (Nice to Have)

- Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4
- Meta Pixel integration
- Landing page and conversion-focused development
- Basic SEO implementation — meta tags, schema, sitemap, robots.txt
