Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our decorative lighting showroom in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 25 years of experience in showroom sales, retail sales, interiors, lighting, furniture, home dcor, or a related industry.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable lighting solutions, generating sales, and ensuring an excellent showroom experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and engage customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Explain and demonstrate decorative lighting products, features, and applications.
- Recommend suitable lighting solutions based on customer needs and interior requirements.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective customers.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Generate repeat business and referrals through strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with customers, designers, architects, and internal teams as required.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.
- Ensure the showroom and product displays are maintained to a high standard.
- Stay updated on new products,



lighting trends, and design concepts.

Required Skills

- 2–5 years of experience in showroom, retail, or consultative sales.
- Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Good verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products.
- Strong sales orientation with a target-driven approach.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Interest in decorative lighting, interiors, home dcor, or design will be an advantage.
- Basic computer skills for preparing quotations and maintaining customer records.
- Graduate in any discipline.

Candidates from decorative lighting, electrical products, furniture, interiors, home dcor, sanitaryware, tiles, modular kitchens, appliances, or premium retail backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
