- Should have good convencing skills to close the leads
- Proven track record in lead generation, client engagement, and sales closures
- Familiarity with platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Robust communication and negotiation skills (verbal & written)
- Positive understanding of IT services: Web Development, Mobile Apps, SaaS, Cloud, eCommerce, etc.
- Experience working with international clients (B2B sales)
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
