RadhaGroup is seeking an experienced DeputyManager Payroll to manage end-to-end payroll operations, statutorycompliance, and HR operational activities. The candidate should have strongexposure to manufacturing industry payroll, Factory Act compliance&ERP/HRMS systems
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Management
- Monitor, verify, and finalize monthly attendance and leave records.
- Manage the complete payroll process, including preparation of salary sheets and salary disbursement.
- Handle Full & Final settlements for exiting employees.
- Verify and confirm salary structures for new joiners (offer letters, appointment orders, etc.).
Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, and TDS regulations.
- Handle PF & ESI monthly returns.
- Manage member inclusions and exits.
- Manage DSC / eSign signatory renewals.
- Manage employee inclusions, exits, KYC updates,and transfer approvals in statutory portals.
- Coordinate with Plant HR for salary processingand ensure all statutory and labour law compliances are followed at the plantlevel.
Travel & Reimbursements
- Manage TADA claims and tour reimbursement disbursements.
- Process employee tour advances and settlements.
Vendor Management
Coordinatewith vendors for payroll and travel operations including:
- PF & ESI consultant coordination and return filing.
- Processing local travel bills and outstation travel vendor bills.
Employee Benefits Administration
- Manage Gratuity Policy including employee additions, deletions, claims, and premium monitoring.
- Handle Group Mediclaim Policy (GMC) including enrolments, deletions, claims coordination, and premium payments.
Employee Financial Support
- Process employee salary advances.
- Manage employee tour advances.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Payroll Management.
- Experience in Steel / Manufacturing Industry is mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of Factory Act and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with ERP and HRMS systems.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Strong team management and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple HR and compliance activities simultaneously.
Mandatory Qualification:
- MBA / PGDM in HR / MSW(HR / IR) / MHRM from a recognized institute
