Role Summary

- We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Bangalore team.
- You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, expanding our client base, and supporting sales growth within the construction and real estate sectors.
- Key Responsibilities Identify and generate recent business leads through research, networking, and targeted outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Promote company services including residential commercial construction, interior design, turnkey projects, and 3D planning.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations, and cost estimates.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on competitors and industry trends.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams (estimators, project managers, design teams) for seamless project workflows.
- Preferred Qualifications Skills Education Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.




- BE / BTech in Civil Engineering (Candidates with technical background and strong interest in sales business development are encouraged to apply) Additional certification in business, sales, marketing, or real estate is a plus.
- Experience 12 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, ideally in construction, real estate, or related services.
