- We are hiring a Technical Head who operates at the intersection of AI engineering and business delivery.
- This is a hands-on, execution-focused leadership role responsible for translating business requirements into scalable AI systems.
- You will work directly with the founder, sales, and delivery teams to design solutions, guide implementation, and ensure production-grade delivery across projects.
- What Youll Do Lead architecture and design of AI/automation solutions Translate client requirements into technical execution plans Oversee AI engineers and contractors Define delivery standards and reusable frameworks Ensure scalability and production readiness Support pre-sales with technical validation
