Delivery Manager ( AI & Automation) - Outside IR35 Contract (Revenue Share)

- Role Overview: This role sits at the intersection of sales, client, and implementation.
- You will own delivery execution ensuring seamless transition from sale to onboarding to final delivery across global clients.

Core Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary bridge between sales, clients, and delivery teams Lead client onboarding, requirement validation, and expectation setting Convert scope into structured delivery plans and modules Allocate work to contractors and manage execution quality Track timelines, budgets, and delivery milestones Maintain weekly reporting (progress, risks, escalations) Identify upsell opportunities during delivery lifecycle Ensure smooth handover from sales delivery completion
- Delivery & Operating Model: Work is executed via modular delivery structure (milestones / phases) You coordinate a distributed contractor pool (AI, Dev, Automation) Responsible for ensuring no scope deviation, delays, or misalignment Must remain responsive during active delivery cycles
- Compensation (Revenue Share Model): 7% of Net Revenue per project Additional 40 project activation fee (post client kickoff + payment)



Revenue share applies for first 3 months of client lifecycle Payments released after client payment + refund window clearance No fixed salary performance-driven earnings Engagement Structure (Outside IR35): Fully independent contractor (no employment, no benefits) No fixed working hours or supervision No obligation to accept work / no guaranteed work Right of substitution (subject to approval) Non-exclusive (can work with other clients) Responsible for own taxes, compliance, and setup Key Restrictions (Critical): No authority to negotiate pricing, budgets, or contracts Cannot commit company financially without approval Cannot work directly with Salyant clients outside scope Must not store or misuse company/client data (GDPR aligned) 48-hour non-response = delivery abandonment risk

Requirements:

- Strong experience in delivery / project / operations / client success
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams (business + tech)
- Comfortable working with international clients (UK, US, EU)
- Strong ownership mindset (not task-based execution)
- Understanding of AI / automation / software workflows

- Ideal Profile: Can translate business requirements into execution Strong at coordination, not just communication Thinks in systems, delivery pipelines, and outcomes
