Role & responsibilities :

- Analyzer Maintenance: Routine cleaning, calibration, and maintenance of online water quality analyzers (pH, TDS, COD, BOD, TSS, and Residual Chlorine).
- Flow & Level Monitoring: Ensure accurate functioning of Electromagnetic Flow Meters, Ultrasonic Level Transmitters, and Float Switches across various treatment tanks.
- Chemical Dosing Systems: Maintain and troubleshoot instrumentation related to dosing pumps and automated chemical feed systems.
- Field Operations: Conduct daily inspections of field instruments, including pressure gauges and motorized actuators on valves.
- PLC & SCADA Support: Assist in troubleshooting signal errors between field sensors and the central SCADA system to ensure real-time data logging.
- Preventive Maintenance: Execute PM schedules to prevent corrosion or scaling of sensors caused by effluent characteristics.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: ITI (Instrumentation) or Diploma in Instrumentation.




- Technical Skills:
- Practical experience with Water Analyzers and Flow Meters is highly preferred.
- Basic understanding of P&IDs; and electrical wiring diagrams.
- Experience with pneumatic actuators and solenoid valves.

- Sector Experience: 2+ years of experience in an ETP, STP, or CETP setting is a significant advantage.
- Shift Work: Must be willing to work in rotational shifts to support 24/7 plant operations.
