Working Days: 5 Days a Week Shift: Rotational Shifts
Job Summary - We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Process Executives with hands-on experience in Amadeus GDS or not. The ideal candidate should have experience handling travel-related queries, reservations, ticketing, and customer support through voice processes.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to travel bookings and inquiries.
- Manage flight reservations, ticketing, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds using Amadeus GDS.
- Assist customers with travel itineraries and fare-related information.
- Resolve customer concerns while ensuring high levels of service quality.
- Maintain accurate booking records and customer details.
- Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
Required Skills -
- Minimum 6 months of experience in the Travel Process.
- Amadeus GDS experience is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of flight booking, ticketing, fare rules, and itinerary management.
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
- Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate freshers for Domestic and Minimum 6 months of Experience for international
- Experience in an international/domestic travel voice process preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
