- Provide hands-on desktop and laptop support (Windows OS)
- Perform hardware installation, configuration & troubleshooting
- Diagnose and resolve basic networking issues (LAN, Access Point connectivity, etc.)
- Manage and troubleshoot network printers and CCTV systems
- Support basic server-related tasks (AD Server, File Server permissions)
- Offer timely resolution to end-users for all technical issues
- Assist with application support and routine IT maintenance tasks.
- Male candidates with 2-3 years of relevant IT desktop support experience
- Robust knowledge of Windows OS and IT hardware
- Understanding of networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with server concepts such as Active Directory & File Server permissions.
