Job Title: Assembly Operator
Experience: Fresher to 2 Years
Department: Production / Assembly
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Any Technical Qualification / 10th or 12th/ B.E / B.Tech

Roles & Responsibilities

- Perform assembly operations as per standard work instructions and SOPs.
- Assemble mechanical components, parts, or sub-assemblies accurately.
- Use hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures, and other assembly equipment safely.
- Check components for quality defects before and after assembly.
- Follow production targets and complete assigned work within the specified cycle time.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the work area following 5S practices.
- Identify and report quality issues, defects, shortages, or equipment problems to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE.
- Support rework, inspection, packing, and material handling activities when required.




- Work effectively as part of the production team and follow instructions from the supervisor.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities such as Kaizen and productivity improvement.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of mechanical or manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of hand tools and basic assembly operations.
- Ability to follow work instructions and SOPs.
- Basic understanding of quality and safety practices.
- Positive attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in shifts, if required.

Preferred

- Freshers with ITI/Diploma or relevant technical education are welcome.
- Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in manufacturing, automotive, engineering, or assembly operations will be preferred.
