Role Overview

Nagarro is looking for a Workday Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in at least 3–4 Workday modules. This is a purely functional role focused on Workday configuration, business processes, testing, implementation, enhancements, and production support.

Workday Modules

Candidates must have experience in at least 3–4 of the following modules:

- Core HCM.

- Absence.

- Time Tracking.

- Benefits.

- Learning.

- Recruiting.

- Candidate Engagement.

- Advanced Compensation.

- Talent Optimization.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis with HR and business stakeholders.

- Configure Workday modules, business processes, approvals, validations, notifications, and eligibility rules.

- Support Workday implementation, enhancements, testing, UAT, releases, and production issues.

- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and user guides.

- Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend process improvements.

- Work with HR, payroll, reporting, security,



and other Workday teams.

- Provide user support, knowledge transfer, and functional guidance.

Essential Skills
- Minimum 5 years of Workday functional experience.

- Hands-on experience in at least 3–4 Workday modules.

- Strong knowledge of Workday configuration and business process framework.

- Experience with testing, UAT, defect resolution, and release management.

- Positive understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle.

- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.

Desirable Skills
- Workday certification in one or more functional modules.

- Experience in end-to-end Workday implementation or AMS projects.

- Knowledge of Workday reporting, calculated fields, security, and data privacy.

- Experience working in Agile or global HR transformation projects.

Screening Criteria
- Core HCM experience is preferred.

- The resume must clearly mention the Workday modules handled.

- Candidates with only Workday integration, technical development, or reporting experience are not suitable
