Inviting applications for Account Payable
**Work location: Chennai (work from office)
We are looking for professionals with Accounts Payable/Invoice Processing /Accounting/ERP experience to process Vendor Invoices accurately and respond to queries to ensure timely payment of these Invoices.
Responsibilities
- Manual Indexing Invoice processing basis the input received from supplier
- Maintain exception logs for process related exception as and when they occur for knowledge retention
- Independently perform transactional tasks which support the compliance planning and execution of assigned processes.
- Perform daily internal audit to ensure all Invoices handled as per the guidelines
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)
- Relevant work experience on Accounts payable transactional activities
- Strong English language skills (verbal and written)
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Experience in Accounts Payable tasks & delivery Reconciliations
- Good typing speed to handle and manage communications with External and internal stakeholders
- Ability to handle and work independently on AP Transactional processs
- Positive understanding of MS office-MS Excel experience is must to have.
