- Manage financial reporting, statutory compliance, and regulatory reporting for the NBFC.
- Oversee cash reconciliations, lending operations, and ensure accurate financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and maintain internal controls to prevent frauds.
- Prepare MIS reports on a regular basis to track business performance.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in finance & accounts role in an NBFC or similar industry.
- Robust knowledge of IND AS, financial accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements (RBI).
- Proficiency in preparing complex financial statements, cash reconciliations, and statutory reports.
