Roles & Responsibilities

- Design social media posts, banners, and ad creatives.
- Create brochures, flyers, standees, hoardings, and marketing collateral.
- Design project layouts, master plans, location maps, and presentation decks.
- Create creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital campaigns.
- Design branding materials including business cards, letterheads, and company profiles.
- Work closely with the Performance Marketing and Sales teams.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Coordinate with the Video Editor for thumbnails and promotional creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.

Required Skills

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Graphic Designing.
- Experience in the real estate industry preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
- Knowledge of Figma is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and branding.
- Strong teamwork player.




- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience designing for real estate developers, builders, or property consultants.
- Basic knowledge of AI design tools.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
