- - > Provide leadership, direction and strategy, and make operational decisions cost/benefit analysis with key stakeholders and partners
- > Maintain and follow-up on action plan(s)
- > Develop documentation to support production (PFMEA, work instructions, flow charts, procedures, routings data, product labels)
- > Ensure compliance to Recent Product Introduction (NPI) Phase Review Guideline
- > Actively participate in design reviews and provide input to new electronic circuit designs obsolescence redesigns
- > Play a major role in implementing Lean Manufacturing within the plant
- > Be a key player in resolving yield issues during pilot to Mass production
- > Project manage product enhancements from design divisions
- > Act as the technical liaison between R&D;/design engineering and manufacturing during product development.
- > Lead Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) reviews.
