Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Lead with robust expertise in test automation strategy, framework development, and execution across enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities1. Automation Strategy & Leadership

- Define and implement automation strategy across:
- Functional, API, and regression testing

- Establish:

- Automation frameworks, coding standards, and reusable components

- Drive:

- Automation coverage, stability, and ROI metrics

- Identify automation opportunities across business flows

2. Test Automation Development

- Design, develop, and maintain:
- Scalable automation frameworks using Robot Framework

- Automate:

- Functional and regression test scenarios

- Ensure:

- Script reusability, maintainability, and robustness

- Integrate automation into:

- CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing

- Validate end-to-end system workflows across:

- Distributed and integrated applications

- Support testing across:

- APIs, batch systems, and UI layers

- Contribute to:

- Integration validation and data flow verification

- Own:

- End-to-end testing lifecycle (SIT, Integration, UAT support)

- Support:

- Test planning, scenario design, and execution

- Perform:

- Data validation and reconciliation checks

- Lead:

- Defect triage, root cause analysis, and tracking

- Ensure:

- Quality deliverables and production readiness

- Leverage AI tools for:





- Self-healing automation
- Smart test execution and failure analysis

- Drive:

- Intelligent test data handling and optimization

- Improve:

- Defect detection and test efficiency using AI insights

- Collaborate with:

- BAs, Developers, QA teams, and Business stakeholders

- Provide:

- Automation status, coverage reports, and insights

- Drive UAT readiness and client sign-off, including:

- Validation reports and defect closure tracking
- Ensuring all critical scenarios are tested

- Ensure:

- Smooth coordination for production readiness

- 8+ years of experience in QA/Test Automation
- 35 years in Automation Lead role
- Strong experience in:

- Automation framework design and implementation

- Hands-on experience with:

- Robot Framework (Mandatory)

- Experience in:

- CI/CD integration and enterprise test programs

- Exposure to:

- Mainframe or payment systems is an advantage

- Strong expertise in:

- Selenium Java or Python (mandatory and hands-on)
- Test automation (UI, API, and integration testing)

- Experience with:

- Automation frameworks and reusable design patterns

- Knowledge of:

- API testing (Postman/Newman or similar tools)

- Strong capability in:

- Defect triage & root cause analysis
- Data validation & test execution

- Experience in:

- Testing support (SIT/UAT) and client sign-off coordination

- Excellent:

- Stakeholder communication and leadership skills

- Domain knowledge in:

- Payments (Wire Transfers, ACH, FX)

- Exposure to:

- SWIFT MT/MX, ISO 20022

- Experience with:

- Robot Framework
- PEP+ (Mainframe-based systems)
- CNS (Consolidated Server), Payment Exchange

- Familiarity with:

- AI-driven testing tools

- Basic understanding of:
