About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Developer Data Visualization with strong expertise in Tableau, Python, Business Intelligence (BI), and Data Visualization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards, analytical reports, and visualization solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

The candidate should have hands-on experience transforming complex datasets into meaningful insights, building scalable reporting solutions, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver impactful analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau.
- Create visually compelling and user-friendly data visualizations for business and operational reporting.
- Gather reporting requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Develop data preparation, transformation, and automation processes using Python.
- Build and optimize datasets, KPIs, metrics, and reporting models to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across dashboards and reporting platforms.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Business Analysts, Product Teams, and business stakeholders.
- Develop automated reporting solutions and reduce manual reporting efforts.
- Optimize dashboard performance and enhance user experience.
- Create documentation, data dictionaries, and visualization standards.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and production support activities.

Required Skills





- 5+ years of experience in Data Visualization, Business Intelligence, or Analytics Development.
- Robust hands-on expertise in Tableau Dashboard Development.
- Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting automation.
- Strong understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) concepts and reporting best practices.
- Expertise in creating interactive dashboards, scorecards, executive reports, and performance metrics.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Experience in data modeling and data visualization design principles.
- Ability to convert business requirements into meaningful visual analytics solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with Tableau Server / Tableau Cloud administration.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Exposure to Power BI or other BI visualization tools.
- Experience with ETL processes and data integration workflows.
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive analytics.
