We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead and manage one or more client projects within our eCommerce operations division. The role involves managing delivery teams, ensuring process excellence, driving productivity and quality improvements, and serving as the primary point of contact for client communication. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with hands-on experience in Excel reporting, documentation, and process optimization.

Project Leadership & Delivery

- Manage end-to-end delivery of one or multiple client projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, SLAs, and quality standards.
- Lead, guide, and mentor team leads and members to achieve project goals and client satisfaction.
- Client & Stakeholder Communication

- Act as the main liaison between clients, onsite managers,



and offsite project managers.
- Provide timely updates, manage expectations, and address escalations or operational concerns effectively.

Team Management & Training

- Handle team queries, support problem-solving, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Conduct training for recent project requirements and onboard new hires or replacements efficiently.

Reporting & Documentation

- Generate and analyze performance, quality, and productivity reports using Excel and client dashboards.
- Document project processes and maintain accurate operational records.
