- 7+ years in security engineering, AppSec, or DevSecOps with deep hands-on coding experience
- Strong fluency in Python, Go, or TypeScript you'll write significant amounts of code
- Hands-on CI/CD security integration in real production pipelines
- Cloud security engineering on AWS (required); GCP a robust plus
- Experience building custom automation in security contexts — not just configuring vendor tools
- Demonstrable AI-augmented engineering experience — built or operated LLM/agentic workflows, with a point of view on safe agent design and evaluation. Code samples or workflow examples will be material to the hiring decision.
