RESPONSIBILITIES:

- You will be responsible for the complete design development and execution of all Interocean offices, owned/leased on pan India basis.

- You will supervise the ongoing and planned construction of all office premises.
- You will be required to coordinate and manage various architects, structural engineers, interior designers, contractors, and vendors for all the offices.

- You will be responsible for constant monitoring of existing and upcoming projects for superior workmanship, cost effectiveness and strategic enhancement.

- Having hands on knowledge on interior/architectural designing and execution of the same
- Should know works e.g. civil works, flooring, false ceiling /panelling, HVAC, plumbing services, electrical, fire safety, fitouts, lose and fix furniture works, woodwork, metal work, well versed with current/recent age materials/finishes.




- Should be able to supervise interior/civil site works remotely with site personnel.
- Planning and designing interiors and architecture of sites.
- Coordination with vendors/subcontractors for the follow-up of site schedule.
- To produce detailed drawings, working and specifications for the site and planning for the same.
- Managing all Civil, Interior and maintenance work for all projects.
- Negotiating and managing external and internal procurement and contracting arrangements.
- Dealing with vendors and vetting contracts & rates for various kinds of project Jobs.
- Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Understanding and knowledge of CAD/CAM designs and solid works.
- Drafting reports and making written recommendations & suggestions to management and thereof to the site execution team.
