Job Responsibilities Structure Design-

Proactive involvement in design development process of residential projects right from concept stage; Propose/review feasible value engineering options during various design development Stages
Coordinate with other disciplines in exploring the options to resolve the design issues
Identify the critical design items/deliverables at each stage of design development and timely accomplish them
Get the design review changes implemented by way of technical workshops/ meetings/
Communication with consultants.
Conduct required design and constructability checks and issued the checked drawings as per the schedule
Ensure adherence to laid out policies, standard processes and guidelines by structural designer/peer reviewer
Provide technical assistance to site ,



timely solution to site RFI/issues and organize meeting at site with consultant/peer reviewer as per project requirement
Conduct technical discussions, share knowledge and promote team work culture

Desired Profile
Candidate must have B.E./B.Tech in civil engineering from reputed college with above 8+ years of experience in structural design of residential project (M.Tech in structures from reputed college with relevant experience preferred).
Well conversant with RC and steel design. Knowledge of precast RC design will be added advantage.
Hands-on experience working on MS office/STAAD/ETABS/SAFE
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
