Job Summary: The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation and upkeep of all plant equipment, machinery, utilities, and facility infrastructure. The role involves leading maintenance activities, minimizing equipment breakdowns, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant reliability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage all preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities for plant equipment and utilities.
- Ensure maximum machine availability and minimum downtime through effective maintenance planning and execution.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) of equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor the performance of electrical and mechanical systems and ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and ISO standards.
- Manage spare parts procurement, inventory control, and maintenance budgets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance requirements.




- Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation as per company requirements.
- Lead, guide, and develop the maintenance team to achieve departmental objectives. Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing workplace.
- Experience in machine maintenance within engineering or air-conditioning industries.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and team leadership abilities.
- Vendor development, negotiation, and contractor management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
