Profile

- Should be Graduate.
- Experienced preferably in education, edtech or beauty and wellness Industry.
- Should have a Positive command over English & local language, possessing persuasive skills, pleasant personality and number orientation for achieving target.
- Interpersonal skills and analytic mind.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Counsel and advise students, individually or in groups, on the various courses offered by our organization.
- Develop, coordinate, facilitate, counselling in different ways such as; tele-calling, power point presentations or Video counselling.
- Counsel and advice students in specific curriculum decisions including the choice and scheduling of courses, selection or change of majors and minors, etc.
- Explain about admission procedures and courses offered to the prospective students and their parents through phone calls, emails and video meetings.




- Support the students throughout the admission process by answering to their queries and helping them to complete the required documents.
- Maintain the target metrics by converting prospective students into confirmed admission and succeed in achieving the performance goals.
- Review the student applications for the eligibility and academic qualification.
- To Plan and execute various Sales activities for achieving Admission targets.
- To meet with sales revenue and profit targets.
- To ensure proper handling of Counselling prospective students.
- Converting enquiries to registrations.
- To ensure proper handling of admission procedures.
- To strategize & undertake revenue generating activities.
- To maintain files/records/databanks.
- 2-8 years of experience as a Counsellor in edtech or beauty and wellness industry
