- Single point of contact for client accounts & relationship management
- Understand client requirements & align project delivery accordingly
- Manage multiple projects: scope, timeline, quality & billing
- Coordinate with internal teams (modeling, checking, design)
- Handle RFIs, escalations & ensure quick issue resolution
- Monitor project progress, WIP, MIS & invoicing
- Manage change orders, design revisions & commercial impact
- Ensure client satisfaction, retention & repeat business
- Identify recent opportunities, upselling & account growth
- Conduct regular review calls & performance reporting
- Ensure on-time delivery with quality as per client standards
